Who is Bucky Fuller?
Godfather of the World Game
Buckminster Fuller was an inventor, futurist, social scientist and a dreamer. He came from a lineage of thought leaders, including great-aunt Margaret Fuller, each instrumental in pushing humanity forward.
Bucky was no exception. During a mid-life revelation, God spoke to him, telling him he was here for a Divine purpose. He went on to become one of the most respected and influential philosophers, inventors, authors and designers of the 20th century!
Spaceship Earth
Among of many gifts Bucky gave the world was popularizing the concept Spaceship Earth. He wanted humanity to see the planet Earth as a spaceship, flying through the galaxy. Only by recognizing our place among the stars, and gaining control of our ship could humanity together move forward.
The World Peace Game
In 1961, Bucky invented the World Game (World Peace Game) as an educational tool to teach humanity to share its resources (see his Dymaxion Map above).
His thinking was that if we could team up and stop war before we self destructed, we might just be able to take control of the Ship!.

Truth is, Bucky was ahead of his time. The world wasn’t ready, and the technology wasn’t there to unite us. But now? That time has come.
A New World Game
Inspired by our fellow Transcendentalist, and believing the time is NOW to unite, we’re launching the World Game of Service in 2025!
We call it Serve Community, and it’s a social network for volunteers, star seeds and difference makers, and technology tools for the nonprofits and service organizations changing the world that need them.
